Description:

Al Moftah Al Dhabi Building Contracting L.L.C. is seeking an experienced HSE Officer to join its construction team in Dubai. This role is ideal for safety professionals with extensive UAE experience in high-rise building projects and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

The successful candidate will oversee health, safety, and environmental activities across construction sites, ensuring compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily site activities and ensure compliance with project HSE requirements.

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify unsafe conditions and work practices.

• Review risk assessments, method statements, and safe work procedures.

• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness programs.

• Monitor work at height, lifting operations, excavation, scaffolding, and other high-risk activities.

• Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety observations.

• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely closure.

• Maintain HSE reports, records, and project documentation.

• Promote a proactive safety culture across the construction site.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of UAE HSE experience.

• Proven experience in high-rise building construction projects.

• NEBOSH / IOSH certification required.

• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and construction safety requirements.

• Practical experience in site inspections, risk assessments, safety audits, and hazard identification.

• Experience conducting toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness training.

• Good knowledge of incident reporting, investigation, and corrective/preventive actions.

• Ability to monitor high-risk construction activities and implement effective safety controls.

• Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.

Strong knowledge of:
