Description:
Loop Restaurant & Lounge is expanding its team and is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Hostess professionals to join its pre-opening operations in Business Bay, Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a premium dining destination and contribute to creating exceptional experiences for guests from the very beginning.
The ideal candidate will have a warm and welcoming personality, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for hospitality. As the first point of contact for guests, the Hostess will play a vital role in ensuring every visitor receives outstanding service and a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival.
• Manage reservations and coordinate guest seating efficiently.
• Maintain an organized waiting list and communicate estimated wait times when necessary.
• Escort guests to their tables while ensuring a smooth flow of restaurant operations.
• Provide accurate information regarding menu offerings, restaurant services, and promotions.
• Coordinate with restaurant management and service staff to optimize guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Ensure the reception and entrance areas remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Support the team in delivering a seamless and high-quality dining experience.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations Executive, or in a customer-facing hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a guest-first approach to service.
• Professional appearance and excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.
