Description:
A luxury wellness destination in Dubai is currently seeking a skilled and professional Female Front Desk Manager – Guest Experience Leader to join its pre-opening team. This is a unique opportunity for a hospitality expert to play a key role in establishing front office operations and delivering an exceptional guest journey from day one.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing reception and reservations functions while ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for all guests. This role requires a strong leader who can set up systems, maintain operational excellence, and guide a team in a luxury environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee front desk operations, including reception and reservations management
• Ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience from arrival through departure
• Establish and implement operational procedures and service standards during the pre-opening phase
• Lead, train, and supervise front desk staff to maintain high performance levels
• Monitor bookings, POS systems, and daily service flow with strong attention to detail
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and discretion
• Work closely with management to ensure consistency and operational efficiency
✅ Requirements:
• Previous experience in luxury wellness spa, bathhouse, or Banya environments is preferred
• Proven background in front office, reservations, or guest relations within UAE luxury hospitality
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams
• High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
• Ability to maintain consistency in daily operations and service standards
• Strong communication skills and a guest-focused approach
• Currently based in the UAE is preferred
