Description:

A Group of Companies in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee finance and accounting operations across multiple companies and entities. The successful candidate will report directly to the Group CFO and play a key role in maintaining strong financial controls and supporting business performance.

The position requires a finance professional with strong knowledge of UAE tax and accounting requirements, along with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, costing, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Strong leadership, analytical ability, and communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage finance and accounting operations across multiple companies and business entities.

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, costing, and cash flow management.

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements.

• Support accurate financial reporting in accordance with IFRS.

• Monitor financial performance and provide relevant analysis to senior management.

• Lead and supervise finance team members while maintaining effective internal controls.

• Coordinate finance activities and reporting with the Group CFO.

• Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel tools for financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

• Arab national – mandatory.

• 8–10+ years of finance and accounting experience.

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in the UAE.

• At least 3 years of experience in a Finance Manager, Senior Accountant, or supervisory position.

• Proven experience managing finance operations across multiple companies or entities.

• Strong ERP knowledge and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication abilities.

• Strong knowledge of:

• UAE VAT and Corporate Tax

• IFRS and financial reporting

• Budgeting and forecasting

• Costing and cash flow management

• CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or an equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
