Accountant required

Responsibilities include:

• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. Ensuring documents are approved by concerned authority.
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to SOA balances
• Maintaining historical records
• Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
• Continuing to improve the payment process
• Managing Petty cash efficiently. Recording all movements in a timely manner and reporting daily balances.
• Obtaining Petty cash reports from Project Admins on a monthly basis, recording and reconciling the same.
• Ensuring all cash disbursements are thoroughly checked and approved.
• Candidates must have a degree in commerce with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. Please note that the candidate must be available in UAE
