The company is currently hiring for Chef de Partie (CDP) – Pastry and Sous Chef – Bakery & Pastry positions for individuals who are dedicated to creating exceptional baked goods and delivering outstanding culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and produce a variety of bakery and pastry items according to company standards
• Manage daily operations within the assigned kitchen section efficiently
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Monitor ingredient usage and assist with inventory control when required
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely production
• Support menu development and product improvement initiatives
• Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff where applicable
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a pastry, bakery, or related culinary position
• Previous experience in a similar role is required
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Commitment to maintaining quality and consistency in all products
• Good communication skills in English
• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates
• Strong knowledge of:
• Pastry preparation techniques and dessert production
• Bakery operations and baking processes
• Kitchen workflow management and food safety standards
• Product presentation, quality control, and consistency practices
