Description:

A reputable organization in Al Ain is looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing documentation, supporting management activities, and maintaining effective internal and external communication. This position is best suited for professionals who are detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling multiple administrative responsibilities in a structured environment. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized working environment

• Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general administrative needs

• Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems for company records and documents

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor reception as the main point of contact

• Assist management with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes

• Coordinate travel arrangements and executive-level administrative support

• Work with HR for onboarding processes and related documentation

• Liaise with government authorities, vendors, and external stakeholders when required

• Prepare administrative reports, expense summaries, and maintain updated databases

Requirements:

• Proven UAE experience in an administrative or office coordinator role

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline

• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities

• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Al Ain

• Immediate availability required
