We are looking for a Head Chef for a British/Indian concept with Tandoor.

You should:

Be able to combine a European approach and Indian flavors.
Keep calm in a high volume operation.
Be available to start in this year or as soon as possible and preferably reside in the UAE.
Have experience in the position already.
