Cello Restaurant is seeking an Arabic Head Chef to helm our kitchen and bring the rich Flavors of Lebanon to life!

Your Role:

As our Head Chef, you will:

• Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team to deliver exceptional, high-quality Lebanese dishes.
• Oversee all kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and adherence to strict hygiene standards.
• Train and mentor junior chefs, fostering a culture of creativity, discipline, and excellence.
• Stay ahead of Dubai’s culinary trends to keep Cello Restaurant at the forefront of Lebanese dining.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end Lebanese restaurant, preferably within Dubai.
• Deep expertise in traditional Lebanese cooking techniques, mezze, grills, and contemporary presentations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a multicultural team in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity to innovate while preserving the authenticity of Lebanese cuisine.
• Certification in Food Safety & Hygiene (HACCP) is a must.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
