About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling content across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and video platforms. If you have a passion for design, storytelling through visuals, and digital creativity, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging and high-quality banners, posters, and visuals for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Create website banners, sliders, and landing page graphics aligned with branding and campaign objectives
- Design and produce 2D animated videos and motion graphics for marketing and promotional purposes
- Handle video editing and post-production for reels, YouTube content, and training videos
- Assist in video recording and shoot setups for interviews, events, and marketing content
- Develop creative assets for paid campaigns, email marketing, and other digital platforms
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications
- Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and trainers to bring ideas to life visually
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques in the digital space
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role(preferred UAE)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign)
- Experience in 2D animation and motion graphics design
- Strong video editing and basic video recording skills
- Understanding of social media platforms and design best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
- Good communication and collaboration skills
