Position: Foreman Automobile Mechanic (Construction equipment and light vehicles)

We are currently looking to hire an experienced Mechanic Foreman to join our team immediately.

Major responsibilities:

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities
• Scheduling repairs and ordering materials to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.
• Training and supervising workers to ensure that they are performing their jobs correctly.
• Reporting problems or potential problems to higher authorities so they can be addressed before they become major issues.
• Training new employees in proper safety procedures and techniques for using equipment and machinery used on the job site.
• Ensuring that workers are using standard operating procedures and adhering to safety regulations.
• Ability to ensure a perfect diagnose of defect and causes.
• Professional planning for repair the defects on time.

Skills required:

• Proven experience as Mechanic Foreman.
• In-depth knowledge in Diesel-, Petrol engine, gear box, Auto transmission. and Axle system.
• Experience in heavy construction equipment, Transport vehicles
• Understanding of all Vehicle mechanical and electrical issues.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate and report effectively
• Problem-solving abilities
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• English and Hindi proficiency is required

Education:

Degree / Diploma automobile / mechanical

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in related field as foreman.
