Hiring English Tutor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced English Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language and a passion for teaching. You will be responsible for helping students improve their English reading, writing, and speaking skills. This role requires patience, creativity, and a deep understanding of different learning styles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to improve students’ English language skills.
• Assess students’ abilities and tailor lessons to their individual needs.
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Help students with grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and reading comprehension.
• Assign and correct homework, and provide feedback on students’ progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about students’ progress.
• Stay up-to-date with teaching methodologies and educational tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field. A TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as an English tutor or teacher.
• Strong understanding of English grammar and vocabulary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students of all ages and skill levels.
