A prestigious fine dining restaurant located in Downtown Dubai is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead its hospitality team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in luxury dining and restaurant management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional service standards, managing restaurant operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring smooth coordination across all departments. UAE-based candidates with experience managing an alcohol-serving restaurant are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fine dining restaurant.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, and operational excellence.
• Monitor sales performance, cost control, and overall restaurant profitability.
• Manage restaurant operations, including compliance with company policies and service standards.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure efficient daily operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• 4–5+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Previous experience managing an alcohol-serving restaurant is mandatory.

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
