VLCC Wellness is expanding its team and looking for an experienced Female Clinic Manager / Wellness Counsellor to join its UAE operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the aesthetic and beauty industry with proven experience in managing clinic operations and driving business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading clinic activities, managing teams, handling clients, generating revenue, and achieving business targets. Candidates from the aesthetic industry with relevant clinic management experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily clinic operations and ensure smooth business activities.
• Lead and supervise the clinic team to achieve performance goals.
