Description:
An established company in Dubai is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join its finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations.
This role requires hands-on experience in financial reporting, VAT, Corporate Tax compliance, reconciliations, and coordinating with external stakeholders. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and closing journal entries.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and bank transactions.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns while supporting Corporate Tax compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other external parties when required.
• Provide financial reports, analysis, and insights to support management decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE financial regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including relevant UAE experience.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
