Hiring Device Operation & Support Engineer

Job Responsibility:

• Deploy latest SW updates to installed devices in the field.
• Deploy Fixes and updates to all installed devices in the field.
• Perform root-cause analysis to any issues faced in the field.
• Highlighting and identifying any reported issue in the field as well as production errors.
• Come up with solutions to overcome reported issues.
• L2 Technical Support, i.e. main contact/SPOC to L1 support and operational center.
• Responsible for systems troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Responsible for the device management system and device performance monitoring systems in terms of usage and maintenance.
• Provides daily, weekly, monthly, annual reports to concerned teams as well as management.
• Building tools to reduce the number of faults.
• Responsible for section KPIs in terms of service provisioning and the number of faults.
• 24/7 availability whether on duty or on call.

Job Skills and Requirements:

• University Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering or Computer Science.
• At least 10 years of experience on the same field or Dev-Ops position.
• Good understanding of Networking Layers.
• CCNA or Higher.
• Basic Knowledge about Python coding language.
• Team spirit and problem-solving skills.
