What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute (wpm) with a minimum of 90% accuracy

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Basic computer certification (such as IC3 or CompTIA A+)
