Description:
Smartsheet is seeking a proactive and organized Workplace Services Coordinator to join its headquarters team in Bellevue, Washington. This role is ideal for professionals who have strong administrative abilities, excellent customer service skills, and the flexibility to manage workplace operations in a fast-growing technology environment.
The successful candidate will support daily workplace services, meeting coordination, office operations, and employee experience initiatives. You will help maintain an efficient and welcoming workplace by managing supplies, supporting events, coordinating facilities activities, and assisting employees with workplace needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support meeting services, including catering coordination, conference room scheduling, and meeting setup and breakdown.
• Provide front office coverage during breaks, lunches, and as needed.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of shared spaces and storage areas.
• Manage office supply inventory and place required orders.
• Assist with planning and supporting workplace events.
• Coordinate facility repairs, maintenance requests, and daily office operations.
• Provide helpful support to employees and internal teams to ensure an excellent workplace experience.
• Review calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and assist with last-minute meeting requests.
• Provide additional executive and office support when required.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant workplace services, office administration, or related experience.
• Strong passion for customer service and employee support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule and ability to adapt to changing workplace requirements.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift boxes or equipment up to 50 lbs when required.
