Description:
Sahari International is looking for a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals who have a strong background in financial management, accounting, budgeting, reporting, financial planning, and analysis, along with the ability to lead and supervise finance teams effectively.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the organization’s financial operations, preparing budgets and reports, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and expertise in financial planning will be essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the company’s financial management and accounting operations.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Conduct financial planning, analysis, and budget variance assessments.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and key financial performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Lead and supervise the finance team while supporting business decision-making.
• Utilize financial systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Excel to improve reporting and efficiency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in finance and accounting.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Good understanding of financial statements, cash flow management, working capital, and financial performance metrics.
• Knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles is highly preferred.
• Experience in preparing annual budgets and performing budget-versus-actual variance analysis.
• Ability to establish and monitor financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting systems.
• Strong knowledge of:
• ERP systems and financial software.
• Financial and accounting regulations.
• Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent will be considered an advantage.
