Urgent Opening of Cost & Estimation Engineer Pre Qualification

JOB DESCRIPTION

• PQ Head – Senior Engineer to be located in Dubai, HO.
• He is to manage full PQ Team in India and co-ordinate all PQ & C&E activities. Day to day supervision/support on operations
• India Team to do PQ and manage the enquiries of the PQ done. (4-5 personnels in India covering PQ & C&E)
• The person should be very good in Pre Qualification Activities & C&E relating to product ranges of C&J, BB Exports, Petrogulf and MRO.
• All teams to have a central email ID to receive all enquiries so as to be allocated to the C&E.
• Final PQ of each customer to be signed off by the manager, to make sure that all product categories are covered.
• First target will be Prequalification of all products with existing customers. Second target to do the same with new customers.

Requirements:

• Experience: 7 -8 Years of Exp in PQ,Chemical Injection Skids, Fabrication Packages, Piping Packages etc. (CIS is most preferable).
• Middle East experience is highly preferable.
• Prequalification is only a tier 3 operation in any EPCs.
