Automata Intelligence is seeking a highly organized and dependable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior management. This remote position is ideal for a proactive professional who excels at managing multiple priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling a variety of administrative and personal tasks for leadership. Key Responsibilities:
