Key Responsibilities:
• Update real property and appeal-related records
• Enter and verify data in the Integrated Assessment System (IAS)
• Schedule appeal hearings including valuation, exemption, and abatement cases
• Prepare and distribute notices for hearings and final decisions
• Coordinate with county departments and assist public inquiries
• Maintain accurate and organized digital records
• Perform general clerical and data entry duties as assigned
• Support administrative operations within the Board of Property Assessment Appeals and Review
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of basic data entry experience
• Familiarity with Integrated Assessment System (IAS) preferred
