The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction projects, possess a valid UAE driving license, and own a car. Responsibilities:
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from Dubai Municipality for G+1 construction projects.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct site inspections, evaluate progress, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure effective project coordination.
- Review and approve engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure workmanship meets established standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate best practices into project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Valid G+1 Certification from Dubai Municipality.
- UAE driving license (owning a car is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Civil Engineer in construction projects.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills. – Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
