We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Civil and Architectural Draughtsman to strengthen our growing team.

Applicants must meet the following qualifications to be shortlisted:

• Available in UAE and can join immediately.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Must have UAE Experience

Responsibilities But Not Limited to the Following:

• Preparing drawings, sketches, and models of building designs to communicate with clients and other architects
• Preparing bids for construction projects, including estimating materials, labor costs, and other expenses required to complete the project
• Reviewing blueprints made by other architects or engineers to ensure they meet building codes and industry standards
• Preparing drawings of plans for structures such as houses, commercial buildings, and industrial complexes
• Drafting plans and specifications for new construction projects using computer software programs
• Communicating with other architects or designers to discuss project details and changes to designs
• Preparing sketches or models of architectural concepts before beginning construction on a building
• Preparing drawings of existing structures to be renovated or remodeled
• Estimating costs for materials and labor for construction projects
• Determine quality, cost, strength and quantity of required materials, and enter figures on materials lists.
