Position Overview:

The Business Development Specialist will assist in identifying new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and supporting our sales strategies. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a passion for HR services and a deep understanding of the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Assist in the creation of targeted proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients.
  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to understand their HR needs and position our services accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure clients receive tailored HR solutions and seamless onboarding.
  • Support the negotiation and closing of contracts to meet sales targets.
  • Track and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry seminars to represent the company.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, ideally within HR consulting or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the HR landscape in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Fluency in English
