Key Responsibilities:

• Process medical record requests accurately and efficiently within assigned timelines.

• Handle high-volume request workflows in a fast-paced environment.

• Monitor and manage incoming requests from multiple channels.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of PHI.

• Support overflow processing during peak demand periods.

• Provide updates and feedback regarding request volume and operational issues.

• Perform general administrative and documentation-related tasks as required.

Requirements:
