The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for hourly employees across multiple U.S. entities. This role supports payroll operations, audits payroll data, manages compliance requirements, and collaborates closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll for hourly employees across multiple entities.

• Validate timecards, overtime calculations, and wage/hour compliance.

• Review payroll reports and resolve discrepancies before final processing.

• Support payroll for exempt employees as backup when required.

• Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations, and year-end reporting (W-2).

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.

• Respond to employee payroll inquiries related to pay, deductions, and time tracking.

• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy.

• Generate payroll reports and support system updates in Workday.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

• 3–4 years of payroll processing experience in a multi-state environment.

• Strong knowledge of wage and hour compliance.

• Experience managing hourly payroll populations.

• Proficiency in payroll systems such as Workday or similar HRIS platforms.

• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
