Hiring Assistant Restaurant Manager

An international food & beverage company with high-end restaurant brands

Job Role:

• Supervise the staff when the Manager is not on duty
• Oversea the dining area, supervises food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies that he or she may help establish
• Handle guest complaints in the assigned restaurant
• Identify restaurant problems through reports and can ideate & execute to resolve the same
• Schedule periodic food and beverage service staff meetings and trainings

Qualifications:

• Open to European & Western nationals
• 40 years old and below
• Minimum 2 year of experience working in a similar role
• Should be fully vaccinated
