A healthcare organization in Dubai is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Receptionist cum Insurance Coordinator to join its team. This junior-level position is ideal for candidates with strong administrative skills, a professional attitude, and a solid understanding of UAE health insurance procedures.
The selected candidate will manage front desk operations, coordinate with insurance providers, process pre-authorizations, and provide excellent support to patients and medical staff. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process insurance pre-authorizations for consultations, investigations, procedures, and other medical services.
• Coordinate with insurance companies regarding approvals, claims, and related inquiries.
• Manage daily front desk and reception operations efficiently.
• Assist patients with insurance-related questions and documentation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and insurance documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with doctors, therapists, patients, and insurance providers.
• Deliver professional and friendly customer service at all times.
Requirements:
• Certified Medical Coder (CPC) certification is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of UAE health insurance policies and e-claim processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Healthcare or insurance industry experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Hindi, Malayalam, and Telugu is an added advantage.
