ELMA Electromechanical Co. LLC is looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join its team in Dubai. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an organized individual who enjoys interacting with people, managing front office activities, and providing efficient administrative support in a dynamic work environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the confidence to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Candidates with previous front office or administrative experience will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, clients, and guests while providing a positive first impression of the company.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally.
• Manage front desk operations and maintain an organized reception area.
• Perform administrative tasks including document handling, filing, and data entry.
• Coordinate internal communications and assist different departments with office support.
• Schedule appointments, receive deliveries, and manage incoming correspondence.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling company records and sensitive information.
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam is mandatory.
