Description:

Stewart Title is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to provide clerical and administrative support to its team in West Chicago, Illinois. This position is suitable for an organized professional who can manage routine office tasks, maintain records, communicate with internal and external contacts, and support departmental operations effectively.

The successful candidate will work under general supervision while handling administrative responsibilities such as phone calls, correspondence, document processing, filing, meeting coordination, and office supply management. The role requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to resolve routine issues using established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, take messages, and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.

• Open, route, prepare, copy, scan, fax, file, and enter information into computer systems.

• Maintain departmental records and files accurately.

• Assist the department with established programs, procedures, and administrative activities.

• Manage multiple phone lines and coordinate meetings when required.

• Communicate with internal and external contacts through email and telephone.

• Order office supplies and maintain necessary office resources.

• Follow established procedures, guidelines, and departmental processes.

• Recognize and resolve routine problems using available solutions.

• Manage assigned workload independently and complete additional duties as directed by management.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma is required; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.

• Ability to work independently under general supervision.

• Comfortable handling multiple administrative tasks and priorities.

Strong knowledge of:
