About the Role

Administrative Assistants assist with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filing paperwork, answering phone calls, preparing documents for meetings, and managing the calendar of their supervisors. If you have an Admin Experience and are interested in gaining experience in bookkeeping procedures, we’d like to meet you.

Key Accountabilities

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Knowledge in answering phone calls, greeting visitors, distributing mail, and preparing communications.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Responsible for many clerical tasks to ensure the staff can communicate and work efficiently.
  • Additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Requirements:

  • High School Degree and/or 2 – 3 years proven Admin Experience.
  • With 2 – 3 years experienced working in UAE in the same field.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
  • Having Basic Accounts Experience
  • Familiarity with finance regulations
  • Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and Software.
  • Organization skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
