Description:

Rippling is seeking a Customer Support Specialist, Compliance to join its Customer Support team. The role is designed for a customer-focused professional who can quickly develop strong product knowledge, troubleshoot SaaS-related issues, and provide accurate and timely assistance to customers using Rippling’s HR, Finance, and IT platform.

The successful candidate will manage customer issues from initial contact through resolution while communicating through email, chat, and video conferencing. They will also document interactions, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to help improve the customer experience and overall product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong knowledge of Rippling’s products and provide accurate guidance to customers and colleagues.

• Manage customer issues from start to finish in a fast-paced support environment.

• Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries through email, chat, and video calls.

• Investigate customer complaints, identify the cause of issues, and provide appropriate solutions.

• Document customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints within the CRM system.

• Share customer insights and feedback with Product and Engineering teams.

• Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and product updates.

• Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• 1–4 years of customer support experience in the U.S. benefits domain.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot SaaS products and solve customer problems with strong attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.

• Ability to work effectively under time constraints and changing deadlines.

• Must reside in a Pacific or Mountain Time Zone state and be available to work a shift between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM PST.

• Strong knowledge of:

• SaaS product troubleshooting and customer support

• U.S. employee benefits and compliance-related support

• CRM systems, customer interaction tracking, and issue resolution
