What You’ll Do
Join WithMe, Inc. as an AP/AR Accounting Operations Assistant and help keep our financial operations running smoothly! This fully remote role reports to the Manager of Accounting and focuses on key tasks like:
- Handle data entry, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR)
- Manage the lockbox process and cash applications
- Assist with monthly billing and maintain reports
- Support ad-hoc projects as needed
What You’ll Bring
- High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance preferred
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a remote environment
