Description:
First Box Delivery Services LLC is currently seeking experienced and motivated Fleet Coordinators to join its operations team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in fleet management, rider supervision, and logistics operations within the delivery or courier industry.
The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing daily fleet activities, coordinating vehicle maintenance, monitoring rider performance, and ensuring operational efficiency. Candidates who can join immediately and possess direct industry experience will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily fleet operations and maximize fleet utilization
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance schedules, and compliance requirements
• Monitor rider attendance, performance, and operational productivity
• Ensure timely resolution of vehicle and fleet-related issues
• Maintain accurate fleet records, reports, and operational documentation
• Support smooth day-to-day delivery operations and fleet management activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a delivery, courier, or logistics company is mandatory
• Proven experience managing bike riders and fleet operations
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance coordination
• Experience monitoring rider performance and operational efficiency
• Ability to prepare and maintain operational reports
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced delivery environment
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
