Description:

Delicate Dental Center is seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist to join its luxury clinic team in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with patients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of front desk activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing appointments, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining a positive experience for patients. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred. Candidates with healthcare or dental reception experience will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner

• Manage appointment scheduling and patient inquiries

• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and front desk communications

• Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation

• Coordinate daily reception activities to ensure smooth clinic operations

• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients

• Assist with general administrative and office duties as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role

• Healthcare or dental clinic experience is an advantage

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in computer applications and appointment scheduling systems

• Immediate availability preferred

• Filipino nationality preferred
