Hiring Accounts HR Administrator

Location: Kizad, Abu Dhabi

Lucy Aluminum and Glass is specialized in the fabrication and installation of aluminum windows and doors, glass facades, and other related products. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts cum HR Administrator to join our team.

Job Description:

The Accounts cum HR Administrator will be responsible for handling all aspects of accounting and human resources administration for the company. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparation and maintenance of all accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger
  • Preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Coordination with external auditors and tax advisors
  • Management of the company’s HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant regulations and laws
  • Maintenance of employee records and preparation of HR reports
  • Management of company policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, human resources or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting and/or HR administration
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and HR principles and practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
