JLX International DMCC is looking for an Account Payable Accountant
Experience: Min 3 Years relevant UAE Experience
Software: Quick-Books 3 years’ experience
Any nationality
Salary: will be discussed upon interview
Use Company software to print all payment request along with attached documents.
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
Recording all Suppliers invoices in the system on time and keep payables updated in the system
Recording of all data received from overseas locations like Iraq and china into the quick-book system on timely basis
Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Complete quarterly VAT working by recording all data including Customer invoices and Supplier Tax invoices in to the excel VAT working sheet for further review
Maintaining proper filing and follow up with other departments for any missing documents for example custom clearance documents against each invoice issued and received for VAT filing purpose and keep historical records
