Orchestrate Consulting Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Virtual Administrative Assistant to support the executive management team of MDA Public Affairs, a leading consultancy firm based in Trenton, New Jersey. This fully remote position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities for professionals who excel in administrative coordination and remote collaboration.
The selected candidate will provide essential administrative support by managing schedules, coordinating communications, preparing documents, assisting with events, and supporting fundraising and advocacy initiatives. The role requires excellent organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications through email and phone with professionalism.
• Prepare, format, edit, and organize reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
• Support the coordination of virtual and in-person events.
• Provide administrative assistance for fundraising and advocacy campaigns.
• Conduct research on public policy topics, clients, and related business areas.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar administrative position.
