Körber Supply Chain is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support its business operations in Irving, Texas. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate data across multiple business systems, including SAP ERP, Microsoft Office applications, and CatsWeb databases. It is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy working with data and ensuring information integrity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Quality, Production, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to manage business data, prepare reports, validate records, and support operational efficiency. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routing information within the SAP ERP system.

• Prepare management reports and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.

• Enter, review, and validate quality-related data in the CatsWeb database.

• Perform basic statistical analysis to support reporting and data accuracy.

• Extract and input information from emails, spreadsheets, and source documents.

• Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to maintain accurate records.

• Identify data discrepancies and escalate issues for correction.

• Manage multiple priorities while meeting established deadlines.

• Follow company safety, quality, and compliance standards.

• Perform additional administrative and data management tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Associate Degree is preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles.

• Experience working with ERP systems or databases is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

• Ability to follow standardized procedures and structured workflows.

• Good analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Strong knowledge of:

    • Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Office Applications

    • SAP ERP Systems, Data Entry, and Database Management

    • Data Validation, Reporting, and Administrative Processes
