Description:
Delta-MEP is expanding its team and is seeking experienced Safety Officers to support its ongoing MEP and construction projects across the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for safety professionals who are committed to maintaining the highest standards of workplace health and safety while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
The selected candidates will play a key role in monitoring site safety, conducting inspections, identifying potential hazards, and implementing effective preventive measures. Working closely with project teams, they will help promote a strong safety culture while ensuring all operations meet company policies and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily HSE inspections and monitor compliance with site safety requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company HSE policies, client standards, and UAE safety regulations.
• Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor high-risk activities and enforce safe working practices on site.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness training sessions.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions while preparing reports.
• Maintain HSE documentation, inspection reports, and safety records.
• Promote and support a proactive safety culture across all project activities.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–4 years of UAE/GCC experience in MEP or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of UAE HSE regulations and construction safety standards.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, HSE inspections, incident investigations, and managing Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
• Ability to deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• UAE HSE regulations and construction safety requirements.
• Risk assessments, PTW systems, and incident investigations.
• Safety inspections, emergency response procedures, and HSE documentation.
