Description:
Metamorfs is seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage IT service operations and drive service excellence in Dubai. This role is ideal for an IT professional with strong service management expertise who can ensure SLA compliance, improve operational efficiency, and lead service delivery initiatives.
The successful candidate will oversee IT service management processes, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, manage performance metrics, and support effective IT governance. Arabic language proficiency is mandatory for this position, along with relevant IT service management or project management certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead IT service operations and ensure effective service delivery.
• Monitor and maintain SLA compliance while driving continuous service improvements.
• Manage incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
• Oversee asset management and CMDB activities.
• Establish and maintain IT operations governance frameworks.
• Manage vendor relationships and stakeholder communications.
• Conduct service reviews and monitor KPI performance.
Requirements:
• Strong experience in ITIL Service Management and IT operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of:
• ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus
• Asset and CMDB Management
• Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management
• IT Operations Governance
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management
• Service Review and KPI Management
• Mandatory certification in any one of the following:
• ITIL Foundation / Intermediate
• PMP or PRINCE2
• ManageEngine Certification
• Microsoft or Cisco Certifications
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
