What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fashion or luxury retail brand.
• Strong knowledge of fashion industry roles and hiring trends.
• Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and talent assessment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using ATS platforms and HR analytics tools.
