Description:
Diamond art general trading is seeking a skilled and experienced Storekeeper to join our team. If you have a minimum of one year of experience in storekeeping and possess excellent organizational and inventory management skills, we encourage you to apply.
Job Title: Storekeeper

Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory items in an organized manner
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and regularly update the inventory database
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering when necessary to prevent stockouts
- Perform regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and handle any issues or delays
- Prepare and pack items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
- Maintain a clean and orderly storage area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to fulfill requests and ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is a plus
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with warehouse and storage best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects when required
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Excel and inventory management software
