Description:
Rise Up Holding is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join its growing team in Dubai. The role is focused on managing end-to-end human resources operations, employee relations, payroll, recruitment, and HR compliance.
The ideal candidate should have strong UAE HR experience with hands-on knowledge of payroll, WPS compliance, UAE Labour Law, and MOHRE procedures. Candidates with real estate industry experience and immediate availability are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end payroll processes and ensure full compliance with WPS requirements.
• Lead recruitment activities, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding for multiple roles.
• Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
• Coordinate visa applications, work permits, Emirates ID, and medical insurance processes.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR policies in line with UAE Labour Law.
• Manage leave, attendance, and end-of-service benefit calculations.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee relations and HR-related queries.
• Support performance management processes and prepare HR reports.
Requirements:
• Proven HR experience in the UAE.
• Real estate industry experience is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with payroll and WPS processes.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures.
• Experience managing recruitment for multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to join immediately or on short notice.
