Hiring Female Spa Receptionist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly professional and friendly Female Spa Receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a spa or similar environment, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Requirements:

• Greet guests and answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner , Schedule appointments and manage the spa’s calendar
• process transactions , Provide information about spa services ,
• Keep the reception area clean and organized, maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• 1-2 years of experience working in a spa or similar environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office and spa management software, ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
