Hiring Software Renewals and Onboarding Specialist

Work Location – Dubai

Requirement

• Develop knowledge base of end-to-end renewals cycle including up-sells and close on-time contracts for assigned accounts
• Learn customer’s industry/business
• Articulate Sales/BD/Renewals hand offs
• Responsible for timely renewals of all vendor subscription based contracts
• Maintaining accurate records of all renewal activities
• Maintaining support and software renewal forecasts
• ·Track and provide status updates on all open opportunities
• Preparing renewal quotations and/or coordination with distributors/vendors to procure quotes
• To furnish commercially viable proposals and align with submission deadlines
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with all support and sales teams
• Customer onboarding and engagement
• Handling new AMC support sales requests
• Handling vendor negotiations
• Perform additional tasks as needed and/or request.
