Hiring Senior Test Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain test plans and test cases for various projects
• Lead the execution of test cases and report defects
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that products are properly tested
• Create and maintain automated testing scripts
• Keep abreast of new testing tools and technologies, and recommend improvements to our current testing processes
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior test analysts
• Participate in planning and design meetings to ensure that testing is integrated into the development process
• Analyze and report on test results

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software testing
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies
• Experience with test automation, continuous integration, and agile development
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
• Experience with Jira, Selenium, and load testing is a plus
