Experience:

5 years of experience in IT development and support domain in a large organization.

Out of which 2 years of development experience following agile methodologies on Service Now platform; primarily on ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, IRM and Knowledge Management modules.

Knowledge:

• System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
• Fundamental knowledge of networking including TCP/IP ports and Firewalls, Network Protocols, and IP networks
• Hands-on knowledge of CICD Pipeline and DevOps integration
• Experience with extending the Service Now schema to custom applications
• Exposure to Service Now platform capabilities and tools like Discovery, ATF, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, Mobile Studio and other module like DevOps, ITBM, IRM etc.
• Exposure and experience on Service Now portal and Mobile App development
