Hiring Senior Production Engineer (Steel/Metal Fabrication) – Sharjah, UAE
Kinzgroup is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Production Engineer to join our growing team in Sharjah:
About the Role:
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our steel/metal fabrication facility. You will be responsible for overseeing production processes, identifying and implementing improvements, and leading a team of production staff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize production processes to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead and mentor a team of production staff, providing technical guidance and support
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures
- Develop and maintain production schedules and documentation
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE production environment (steel/metal fabrication preferred)
- Strong understanding of production processes and principles
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
